Halogen Lamps 24 Volt One piece lamp with small halogen bulb inside a glass globe. Halogen bulbs are about 30% brighter than standard bulbs and produce a whiter light. They can explode if water splashes on the hot bulb or if they are operated on higher than normal voltage. Operate within + or - 10% of rated voltage. Low voltage can darken bulb.
